What is the standard shipping time for prescription glasses?
Since each pair is custom-crafted in our lab, please allow 7-10 business days for production and quality inspection before your order ships via your selected method.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and lenses?
Yes, all Shopko Optical eyewear comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Can I return my glasses if I am not satisfied with the fit?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your frames or if your vision doesn't feel right, you can return them for a full refund or a one-time exchange.
How can I find out if a frame will fit my face shape?
Each product page includes detailed frame measurements (lens width, bridge, and temple length). We also offer a Virtual Try-On tool to help you visualize how the styles look on your face.
Do you accept vision insurance for online purchases?
While we do not process direct insurance claims online, we provide a detailed itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
