Returns & Exchanges

At Shopko Optical, we want you to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Eyewear

  Place your frames and any included accessories, such as cases or cleaning cloths, into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment until it reaches our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
